Vitamin D + Zinc

  • I like that these Carlson's D3K2 drops have 2000 IU (a stronger dose of D3) than Mary Ruth's. I can add this to my water and not really taste a thing.

  • I don't really recommend giving kids zinc supplements, but if your primary care physician has recommended it, I like using Mary Ruth's liquid zinc because I can hide it with the other liquid vitamins. Just be sure to have the kids take it AFTER they have food in their tummy and start with just 1 drop. Zinc is strong and can cause nausea, diarrhea and many side effects. I prefer to give kids foods that have zinc (they don't need much daily!)
