I love my John Boos Edge Grain Carving Board with the juice groove to prevent spillage when I transport the board to the trash. I also have the Boos Mystery Oil and Board Cream, which I use once a month to treat & protect the board.

This Kiso Hinoki Wooden Cutting Board is slightly thinner and lighter than the Boos Board. It is easy to wipe down and you can use the Boos Mystery Oil and Board Cream to treat this board as well.

I received this Henckels 2-Piece Set for the holidays and love both knives and use them daily. I do not put these in the dishwasher, but they are very easy to wash, so it's never been a problem.

I've had these Victorinox knives for over eight years and they are so good (and sharp, so watch out!). These are great for those veggies that can't quite be chopped with the chef's knife (tomoaoes, small berries, etc.), I recommend designating a specific color for bread and using that one to cut bagels, muffins, bread with that knife, so it doesn't dull.

I use these Kid Chef Knives in my KID.SMART.FOOD. cooking classes. The kids love it when they get a chance to chop anything. You do have to use a sawing motion when cutting with these. It is best for fruits.

I use these Wooden Bamboo Chopping Boards in my KID.SMART.FOOD. cooking classes and the various sizes have come in very handy.

These Multicolor Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls are perfect for kids because of the non-skid exterior.

This OXO Avocado Slicer has likely saved my thumb a gazillion times. I love that it also has a built it pit remover so I can easily get the pit out without injury.
