I have tried alternative grinders, but I keep coming back to the good old Revel Dry/Wet Grinder. I use these for grinding sprouted oats (for quicker cooking), nuts, seeds, as well as spices, garlic, ginger, etc.

I use a steamer pot DAILY, multiple times. I use it to steam food and reheat food. When reheating meat, I like to add a little bone broth to keep meat from drying out when steaming. It helps to have a large rimmed bowl, so the steam can get easily to the food. Also, a good pair of tongs to lift hot bowls out of the steamer pot (recommended here as well).

I prefer these Oxo Stainless Steel Tongs because the stainless steel edge allows me to grab whatever hot bowl I've used to reheat food in my steamer pot. They are 12" - long enough to avoid my hands from touching the hot stainless steel steamer pot.
