Garden of Life Vitamin Code Kids is a chewable tablet. The things I am mainly looking for in a vitamin is folate (vs folic acid) and sugar. This one has 1g per serving, which is okay, but the sources of sugar include things I don't particularly care for. This is probably one of the reasons I'm not so consistent with giving the kids a multivitamin. For example, the bottom of the nutrition label states:
Other Ingredients: Clean Tablet Technoloy™ Blend: Organic tapioca dextrose, organic gum arabic, organic sucanat cane sugar, organic erythritol, natural flavors, organic stevia (leaf), citric acid, organic coating.

I came across this Klaire Labs Vitaspectrum multivitamin powder when taking a closer look at Klaire Labs. I am going to give this one a try since it does not include a laundry list of sweeteners. It also comes in a Berry flavor and Citrus Flavor that I believe I can mix into water easily.

Mary Ruth's liquid multivitamin is easy to swallow and I can add in probiotic drops, D3-K2 drops and basically anything else we need to in a day, which is why I've been using the combination of liquid supplements for over a year. You can use code PARULWORKS10 for 10% off your Mary Ruth's order.

This Thorne Multivitamin comes with an AM dose and PM dose, which I like because the magnesium in the PM dose is what helps with better sleep.

Klaire Labs has numerous options for Multivitamins, depending on your needs. This MultiThera 1 is Iron-Free, but they also offer MultiThera 2 with iron.
