• Teach your kids the basics of meal preparation, including washing, chopping, peeling, shopping, seasoning, and so much more!
• Learn about various ways to cook healthy ingredients, allowing your kids to decide how they prefer certain foods to be prepared.
• Know the nutritional benefits of ingredients in the course both through videos and activities to reinforce the principles of nutrition.
Course Description
• Each module focuses on a different ingredient and contains four lessons. Each lesson comes with step-by-step recipe cards and cooking tips.
• The course also includes fun worksheet activities to help your kids reinforce the lessons on nutrition from each module!
• The course was originally created for a Montessori setting and is thus vegetarian and nut-free.
• The course is updated based on your requests to learn about new ingredients and ways of cooking.

Lesson One:
Cooking VideoS WIth Kids
Kids learn by watching and can be inspired by other kids cooking and trying new foods. Each cooking video highlights the ingredient for that module and reinforces learning with the printable materials.
Lessons Two & Three:
Short Format Cooking Videos
Our shorter cooking videos also reinforce the benefits and nutritional education, but are helpful to see how the recipe is made.
Lesson Four:
Kids Activity Worksheets
Help our young chefs review what we have learned about the ingredients lessons 1-3. This is also a great time to review the food benefits and recipe cards.
Bonus Lessons:
Coaching and Q&A Calls
The course includes bonus coaching call replays with parent Q&A’s as well as product recommendations and additional handouts based on member requests.

“Hi, I’m Parul Das. I’m a certified health coach and an attorney, but more importantly, I’m a mom. I’m always trying to help my family make conscious decisions when it comes to food.
Living a healthy life is an ongoing journey and what works for us today may not work for us later. I designed this course to teach you how to listen to your body. By the end of the course, you and your kids will feel confident in your ability to cook and eat in ways that support you in feeling your best both emotionally and physically.
